Today as I continue on my spiritual path of learning and self development, I am a committed healer, teacher and facilitator of sound vibrational Healing. Through my sacred intention, nurturing, love and passion with my work I have developed a unique and intuitive approach in connecting with the essence of touch on the body and the energies needed to support your healing process.
The Sacred Essence experience is a holistic approach of healing where I combine ancient and modern wisdom with my intuition, bodywork techniques and pure intention, to unblock and balance the energies within your body to facilitate healing.

Several months ago I was battling with an excruciatingly painful neck and shoulder which made every day activities a challenge. The Doctor had prescribed anti-inflammatory and pain relieving medication which made me feel sick and I had been undergoing physiotherapy and acupuncture but after two months there was a little improvement in my condition. I was depressed and miserable plagued by the nagging pain which prevented me from my work as an artist and made my daily life a drudge. Battling the pain of having my hair washed it was my hairdresser who suggested that I should see Faris as he had helped several of her family members with similar problems.
