I had a few health problems. My life just wasn't quite right. I received a massage from Faris and I knew that I had just commenced my conscious journey of learning, healing and self-discovery. Faris has a gift. His healing hands, intuition and intention enabled me to explore and experience energy movement within my body. His touch connected my awareness with my own Life Force.

These bodywork sessions are Sacred experiences whose foundations are built upon Unconditional Love. I felt supported and safe to allow myself to experience physically and emotionally whatever occurred during my appointments.

My commitment and openness to a greater knowing enabled me to connect with levels of understanding and healing which I did not anticipate. This healing continued far beyond the treatment room, and on a daily basis enabled me to connect with the essence of who I am, my own unique gifts, and a Divine Love which I cannot adequately explain. This was however at times challenging, confronting and overwhelming, yet I became more conscious of a strong Spiritual aspect to my life.

Several months ago I was battling with an excruciatingly painful neck and shoulder which made every day activities a challenge. The Doctor had prescribed anti-inflammatory and pain relieving medication which made me feel sick and I had been undergoing physiotherapy and acupuncture but after two months there was a little improvement in my condition. I was depressed and miserable plagued by the nagging pain which prevented me from my work as an artist and made my daily life a drudge. Battling the pain of having my hair washed it was my hairdresser who suggested that I should see Faris as he had helped several of her family members with similar problems.

After two treatments with Faris, I was pain free and able to resume my usual lifestyle. I am very grateful for the healing. I have found Faris to be very knowledgeable and skilful in handling the body. He is trained in several different modalities which allow him to work intuitively to facilitate healing.

Coming to Sacred Essence Body Therapies has helped me to open up pathways and unblock energies, that I had no idea existed within me. I have been nurtured and supported in healing and my journey has become clearer - I have redefined my sense of self.

Faris has enabled me to reconnect with my true self and to discover the power of being a woman and importance of living in the moment.

I have always felt the need to explore the spiritual side of my nature. Faris has helped with unconditional understanding and unconditional expectation to help and guide me with my own journey of self discovery of the light within me.

Faris works from an intuitive place in which works on where your body needs healing, he tunes into your energy and is guided to areas that hold blockages, he intuitively knows exactly where you need healing. I have found within my sessions releasing pain and discomfort within areas of my body that has held onto past issues. Once released I have felt all the heavy weight lift off my shoulders and transform myself to a higher place where it opens the flow to the true feeling of my soul love, peace and freedom
